Our Fees:
We structure our fees to ensure our clients receive maximum value for our services.
We do not work on contingencies. However, we will structure a fee with a performance bonus (which, in certain circumstances) can be converted into equity.
We will also consider deferring some fees, provided we are hired to stay with the project to provide implementation assistance until it has reached a critical mass of success.
Before establishing a fee, we carefully determine client’s needs to ensure we provide the value expected. if, during an assessment, we find that further work will not produce real value, we may recommend termination of the assignment so as to reduce any deeper financial commitment.
